For the past six years, Belmont University’s Thomas F. Cone Sr. Center for Entrepreneurship has proudly hosted the annual Belmont Entrepreneur Awards. The 2025 event, held on March 31st, brought together 100 of Belmont’s most accomplished alumni entrepreneurs. For the past 6 years, Erin Anderson, Founder and CEO of Olivia Management, has been a part of this prestigious group.
The Belmont Entrepreneur Awards highlight the incredible impact of the University’s alumni, not only celebrating their success but also showing how Belmont continues to support its entrepreneurial community. The event highlights the University's role in shaping the next generation of business leaders; providing a valuable opportunity for alumni to connect, collaborate, and share their insights while offering guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Erin’s long-standing involvement in the awards reflects her commitment to giving back. As an adjunct professor, she teaches an entrepreneurship class at Belmont, where she shares her real-world experience with students and helps them refine their business ideas. At this years event, she was able to introduce a few of her current students, the top 100 of the future, and share what they do and how the program works to supports them. Her dedication to the next generation of entrepreneurs is a perfect example of how Belmont continues to foster a thriving and supportive entrepreneurial community.
