The Secret Sisters

Meet our newest artist, The Secret Sisters! We have been fans of theirs for years, and we are so excited to welcome them to Olivia Management.

We spent last week out in Seattle with the band while they started work on their third record at Bear Creek Studios with producer Brandi Carlile. More to come on that soon!

If you aren't familiar with The Secret Sisters, get a load of their haunting harmonies below.

Favorite Nashville Music of 2015

We made a playlist of our favorite music coming out of Nashville in 2015. Some of these acts we work with, some we've worked with in the past, and some of them we WISH we worked with- but all of them are awesome. We're so glad to call Nashville home and so happy to be a part of the art coming out of this town!

Year in Review: 2015

It's been an incredible year for Olivia Management. We've grown and changed in ways I couldn't have ever imagined when I started this company in 2012.

First, we are finally more than me! For three years Olivia Management thrived because of the continuous work of smart interns from local universities, but I am happy to say that Olivia Management now has an in house day-to-day manager, Meghan Conwell. (Don't worry, we'll still need lots of interns to keep this ship running!)

Secondly, we've moved (again)! We are happy to be at home in the cozy building that also houses some local music history: Grimey's and The Basement on 8th Ave South. We always have a pot of coffee brewing and a good smell candle burning, so come take a load off if you are ever record shopping downstairs!

And last but not least, here's a little rundown of the year at Olivia Management:

Three new artists; five new consulting clients; CMJ; SXSW; Audiotree; a few headline and house show tours; new Jill Andrews album; new Reno Bo singles; new Dwayne Shivers videos; premieres on The Boot, Glamour, Paste, Popmatters, and NPR; two appearances at The Outlaw Roadshow; Rhythm n Blooms Festival; Rites of Spring Festival; KAABOO; music on Teen Wolf, The Good Wife, Hart of Dixie, Finding Carter, Scream, and Nashville; Daytrotter sessions; Moeller Mondays; speaking engagements at Project Music, Owen Graduate School of Management, the Tennessee Women's Prison, HOBY, Belmont University and more; tours with the Avett Brothers, Honey Honey, Sean Watkins, and Langhorne Slim; three new sync licensing deals; one new agent; two new EPs recorded; an exclusive song on Amazon Acoustics; and more!

We're so thankful to get to do this for a living. Thanks to our artists for creating beautiful art and letting us help you achieve your dreams!

Here's to an even better 2016!

Sincerely,

Erin Olivia Anderson
